Hi, I’m Alicia! I have always been a health and fitness enthusiast. My yoga practice started as my own personal healing journey and quickly became so much more once I realized how much I inspired others through my own practice. This passion for helping others meet their fitness goals encouraged me to become a certified yoga teacher. I graduated with my 200-hour yoga in April 2024.

About me. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart now for 18 years. Mom of two wild boys who play all the sports. Interior designer and lover of all things outdoors. If you cannot find me on my mat, or designing spaces, you can find me at a ball field of some sort.

Fun fact: I am also a certified Zumba instructor so do not be surprised if I bring some flare to the mat.
