Beginner Classes

  • This class is a slower, intentional flow intended for students new to yoga or anyone who would like to reinforce alignment and get back to the basics of their practice.

    If you've wanted to try yoga, this is the perfect class to begin. 

  • This class will focus on the fundamental elements of yoga such as proper alignment in poses, use of props and breathwork.

    Correct positioning, specific use of props for alignment and maintaining your breath throughout the practice can be confusing.

    Join Kim as she breaks down each asana pose so that you can reach the fullest potential in your practice. Whether you’re new to yoga, rehabbing an injury or want to deepen your knowledge of yoga, this is the class for you.

  • Yoga Fundamentals class offers a foundational practice with time to focus on the fundamentals such as alignment, breath, and the energetics of the body. This is a great class for beginners to start from the ground up, or experienced practitioners to refine their practice.

  • In this practice, Michelle provides a welcoming space for every body and every level of experience. With an emphasis on safe and achievable postures, students will explore yoga as more than mindful movement, experiencing intentional breathing, guided meditation and themes inspired by Eastern wisdom.  Each session is designed to nourish body, mind, and Spirit, leaving yogis feeling centered, nurtured, and renewed.

All Levels Classes

  • This class is perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to slow down.

    The first half of class will be a slow vinyasa flow suitable for beginners. The second half of the class will be restorative yoga. 

  • If you need a break in your day, this is the class for you. Learn how to support yourself both mentally and physically and better manage stress. This a short flow class designed to give you a break in your day. The focus is on breathing and intentional movement. Come flow and then go head back to your day.

  • This class offers a combination of mindfulness techniques and a Vinyasa style of yoga. Connect breath and movement The class is structured on focusing ones awareness on the present moment, and leaving you with strategies you can use on and off your mat. Suitable for all levels. 

  • Each week Michelle offers a fresh blend of Hatha practices - gentle, Yin and restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation or some soothing combination. This practice invites you to slow down, connect with the breath, and nourish body, mind and soul. Come with curiosity and allow yourself to witness what unfolds.

  • Welcome to Qi Gong an ancient Chinese practice that moves the body's own healing energy, the chi, through channels in the body causing healing to take place. It also brings calm, relaxation and balance to the body.

Intermediate to Advanced Classes

  • Vinyasa yoga moves from one posture to the next seamlessly with a focus on the breath. Commonly referred to as flow yoga, Vinyasa yoga offers a variety of postures rather than a fixed form. This class is good for all levels.

  • A vigorous fitness based practice connecting one breath per movement. Power yoga is a combination of different traditions of yoga designed to make you move and sweat.

  • Barre Above® is a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you’ve seen them. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into amazing shape.
