Spring Ayurveda Workshop: Awaken & Renew

In this Ayurveda-based workshop, you’ll explore the principles behind seasonal eating, daily rhythm, and cleansing in a way that nourishes rather than depletes.

You’ll also have the chance to sample freshly prepared, seasonally inspired foods that bring these teachings to life.

Discover how to work with nature to restore your energy, clarity, and vitality.
