Leslie Gossett began practicing meditation in 2003, which led her to practice and eventually fall in love with yoga in 2009. As those around her noticed the changes her practice was bringing about, and asked to learn what she knew, she realized it was time to become a teacher.

Leslie completed her 200 hour training in 2013. Diving deeply into the path of teaching and training, she later completed her Children's Yoga (RCYT) training in 2016, and her 300 hour training in 2021. As a teacher and student of this ancient lineage, Leslie is dedicated to creating spaces for people to find connection with their own bodies and minds in order to invite more ease into everyday life.

Leslie believes that yoga is for everyone, and her classes include modifications for all levels of experience. In her spare time, you'll find Leslie in the woods and meadows harvesting plants for food and medicine. Leslie also teaches naturalist and ancestral skills classes.
