Hello! My name is Casey!  

I am a Quality Control Scientist at Aegis Sciences Corporation in Nashville as well as a group fitness instructor! I started out 10 years ago teaching all different kinds of Zumba Fitness followed by Strong Nation. In 2019, I took a chance and stumbled into a Barre Above training and I fell in LOVE! This format is so much fun to teach and I love seeing my students get stronger day by day!

A little about me… My husband, Shaun, and I got married after 8 years together April 9th, 2022 We have a sweet island dog rescue named Dart. I love playing video games, going out to dinner with friends, and of course, trying new fitness classes and workouts!
