Yin Yoga with Live Harp music

Join Lorraine as she moves you through a slow and stretchy Yin Yoga class with live harp music accompaniment by our very own Lydia Underwood.

Let the soothing musical vibrations transport you from the busy stress-filled day to rest and relaxation.

The harp, considered the most ancient of the stringed instruments and is known for helping people reduce feelings of anxiety and increase ability to relax and rest. The harp has been admired for its soothing timbre, and as an influential healing instrument on every level—physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.

Lydia Underwood began studying music at age 5 and continued through college. After she received her Diploma in Harp Performance from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music and Bachelors of Music in Harp Performance from the University of Louisville, she decided to take a break from music and pursue a career in Interior Design with her Bachelors of Art in Interior Architecture from the University of Louisville. As she designed and managed projects of increasing size and scale, she realized music and art were missing from her life; so she decided to launch her own studio in 2023 to create beautiful experiences through design, the arts, & music. Around that time she found and fell in love with gentle and restorative yoga because it helped her slow down and connect with her body. She enjoys being in calm, safe spaces; and she delights in creating beautiful, relaxing environments for others.
