A sound bath is a calming, meditative experience where you rest comfortably while being surrounded by soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls and chimes.
There’s nothing you need to do during a sound bath except slow down and receive. The intention is to help your body relax, quiet the mind, and give your nervous system a chance to rest. Many people leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded.
Meet Carli, a certified Pilates instructor + trained sound facilitator. After years of always moving and doing, she found herself craving a practice that allowed her to simply be. Through her sound training with Ann Sensing and her own personal experience with sound baths, she discovered a deep sense of peace and restoration.
This work taught her how to feel comfortable in stillness, quiet the distractions, and allow her nervous system to finally come out of freeze and truly rest. What began as a personal practice quickly became something she felt called to share with others.
Her intention is to create gentle, safe spaces where you can simply be to rest, receive, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
