If you are attending Namaste & Neighs and would like to bring your children (ages 5+) you can sign them up for this outdoor yoga class designed especially for kids!

The yoga class will be taught by Leslie who specializes in kids yoga!

The farm is located in Hendersonville and is absolutely beautiful. If the weather is bad, we have the option of practicing in the barn or the arena. 

Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle and be sure they are dressed appropriately for the weather.
