Pelvic Floor “Core” Focused Yoga Practice

Come learn and explore ways to modify your yoga practice to your body's specific needs. We are all different and our bodies are different.

This "core" focused workshop is meant to educate you on how to listen to your body and modify poses to get the most out of your practice. Whether you have tightness or weakness in your hips/pelvic floor/back/belly, or struggle with breathwork, there are simple modifiations you can make to adapt to your body.

This is a movement based workshop and questions are always welcome.

***Hint: your core is not just your belly. Your "core" is actually your diaphragm (think breathworks), abdominals, back and side muscles, hips, bootie and pelvic floor. The key is getting them to work together optimally to improve your strength, function, stability and posture. Strengthening the pelvic floor is far more than Kegels. Come learn some helpful hints.
