Intro to Five Element Theory: A Journey Through the Elements

In this 90-minute workshop, Michelle will introduce the foundational principles of Five Element Theory (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water) and how these elements relate to our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Through guided discussion, reflective inquiry, and accessible movement, you’ll begin to recognize these patterns within yourself and your life.

This session is intentionally slower-paced and more educational in nature, with space for curiosity, questions, and personal connection. We’ll close with a grounding meditation to help integrate the elements and invite a deeper sense of balance and awareness.

No prior experience is necessary—this workshop is open to all levels of interest and ability.
