Hi! I'm Camryn or Cam is fine too! I'm a Nashville native and small business owner of an activewear boutique called Longevity at the Shoppes on Fatherland. I practiced ballet for 14 years and that is what sparked my interest in yoga. I graduated my 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training program from BlossOming Yoga in September 2019. During my training yoga became so much more than postures for me. It has impacted the way I treat myself, and how I move through my life. My goal is to empower everyone who takes my class with tools to live life in a more calm and mindful manner. When I'm not on my mat, you can find me rock climbing, in the gym or the outdoors soaking up sunshine.

She currently leads marketing and content strategy at Zipper, the all-in-one studio management platform built specifically for boutique studios.
